COVID Shipping Impact:

To ensure the safety of our employees, we have implemented additional safety measures at our fulfillment center, such as limiting the number of people working at any given time, practicing social distancing, overnight facility sanitization and use of protective equipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Please note that once your order does ship, you should expect to receive an email notification with tracking details (Please Check Your Spam Folder). We are committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible and we thank you for your patience, love and support.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Schedules for the US and US Territories

Taliah Waajid Brand has established new shipping rates, delivery schedules, and faster delivery service to enhance your overall shopping experience with us. The Shipping rate for Standard Delivery is $8.00 for orders of $75.00 or less. Standard Delivery is FREE on orders of $75.00 or more — no promo code required! Orders placed after 2:00pm ET will be processed and shipped the next day unless it falls on a Holiday. Additional shipping options are shown below.

* For standard shipping packages, we use either USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery to ensures that we can keep our delivery costs low and pass the saving on to you.

** Business Days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders will not ship on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

Using Standard Delivery (USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery), orders shipped to the eastern half of the US (ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TN, KY, OH, MI, IN, IL, AR, IA, WI, KS, MN, MO, MS) usually arrive within 3 – 5 business days.

Using Standard Delivery (USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery), orders shipped to the western half of the US (WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, OK, TX, NM, LA, UT, CO) usually arrive within 5 – 7 business days. (Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will usually arrive within 7 – 10 business days.)

SHIPPING TO LOCATIONS OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

Shipments to P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Shipments to military locations—APO and FPO addresses—must be delivered via United States Postal Service. FedEx options are unavailable.

International Shipping Delivery Method
Once processed, all packages with international destinations are shipped via USPS or FedEx International. International fees apply. As with domestic shipments, you receive an email confirming your order and a second email confirming shipment which will also include your tracking number. Please allow 10-15 days for transit to all locations outside of the contiguous United States.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international shipments are subject to any applicable local customs regulations, duties and tax charges, all of which are the responsibility of you, the purchaser. Please check with your local customs department to verify that shipment of our products is permitted to your country and to receive information on any applicable duties or tariffs. Should your shipment be refused by customs or by you due to regulations, taxes and/or duties OR if your shipment is seized by customs for any reason and not returned to Taliah Waajid Brand, no refund will be provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Upon shipment and once packages have been confirmed as delivered to the order address, Taliah Waajid Brand bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. To receive information on shipments presumed lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and make sure to have your tracking number readily available. Once the order has shipped and tracking capabilities become available, we strongly recommend tracking your shipment’s progress closely. We also recommend being available to receive your shipment directly on the estimated package arrival date or contacting the carrier to schedule a pick up at their holding facility.

Damaged Orders
Once shipped, Taliah Waajid Brand bears no responsibility for products damaged in transit. In the event of such damage, a claim must be initiated by you, the purchaser and properly filed with the delivering carrier. We will be happy to assist in this process as needed. We can also offer a replacement of the damaged items, or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, upon return of items in question.

Return Policy
Taliah Waajid Brand will accept returns and exchanges of new, unused products within 30 days of original date of purchase. Returns and exchanges are only applicable to products ordered through Naturalhair.org and not to products ordered or purchased through any other website or entity. Products purchased in a set must be returned together as a set.

We do not accept returns of the following:

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as tendered at the time of purchase. We will credit your account upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.
